8baje reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Any account found to be registered by an ineligible person will be closed immediately and any associated winnings voided.

To access the full range of 8baje services, you must create a personal account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to:

• Provide a valid mobile number or email address that belongs to you personally.
• Choose a strong and unique password and keep your login credentials strictly confidential at all times.

• Complete any KYC verification request from 8baje within the specified timeframe. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 8baje will never ask for your password via email or any unsolicited communication. If you share or fail to protect your credentials, 8baje bears no liability for any resulting loss.

8baje supports the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers through select Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where possible.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly. Processing times vary by payment provider. 8baje is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to successful identity and KYC verification. Supporting documentation may be requested before processing.

All account funds are held in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). 8baje does not pay interest on any account balance. Inactive account fees may apply after an extended period of no login activity, as notified to you in advance.

8baje may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another account under any circumstances.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier and eligible games are specified per individual offer.
• 8baje reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8baje Platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or promotional offer.
• Engaging in money laundering, depositing funds from illegitimate sources, or using the Platform to process the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players, exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities, or taking any action that distorts the natural outcome of a game.
• Allowing any third party to use your account, or opening more than one account yourself under any name or payment method.

8baje monitors Platform activity continuously. Players found to have violated these prohibitions will have all bonuses voided and balances forfeited. 8baje's determination on such matters is final.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. 8baje's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
